This is an original parallax painting of Hall of Famer, and baseball legend, Cy Young, in the style of iconic T205 gold border baseball cards. • This piece is on wood, unframed and is signed by the artist.
The players depicted in this series of parallax paintings represent some of the best players of the dead ball era. My goal was to faithfully recreate the striking designs of the T206 gold border cards while reinterpreting the portraits in a more natural and painterly manner.
• The dimensions are 8.5"x15", painted with acrylic paint on layered wood.
• There is a keyhole on the back for easy hanging.
